Electro Mechanical Control Service (eMcS) is an Engineering organization established in 2004, embraced by a group of professional Engineers. This organization is involved in the electro-mechanical design, consultancy and supervision. eMcS extended its activities throughout Bangladesh due to its tremendous performance.The main fields of these activities are- Central Air Condition System, Fire Detection and Protection System, CCTV or Security System, Plumbing System, Electrical System, Solar System, Clean room, Access Control System, Green Building
and any types of electro-mechanical control system and Project Management, Co-ordination, Implementation, Supervision and troubleshooting. To become a leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) in Bangladesh Building Construction Sector by doing highest quality work and achieving highest company goodwill. We are a flock of BUET Engineer doing our job since 2004. We know our job very well and that’s why more customers are coming to our office. We are eagerly waiting for you too. Electro Mechanical Control Service (eMcS) companies’ the employee turnover rate is low. So due to employee turnover is low in this organization. The growth opportunity of this organization is increasing. Employee high turnover creates bad reputation for organization. But in this organization employee low turnover created good reputation for organization. In this organization top management is friendly cooperative and humble for their employee. The working environment of this organization is safe, friendly, motivational and moderate. The working hour of this organization is very much standard for some employee but some employee thinks the working hour is not standard as because of the working in the field. They don’t have the fixed working hour. The organization salary system is good. Most of the employee satisfied with supervisor behavior with them. Some of them are not satisfied with supervisor behavior but overall they are satisfied. Organization’s punishment system not very hard and employees are very happy with that. In this organization’s there is no provident fund system but in future there are planning to have the provident fund system in their organization.
To get promotion is not tough if an employee work hard and complete his project continuous basis then she/he get promoted in this organization. This organization thinks the employee are valuable for them, they look after employees good and bad thing and trying to solve it. Reward system is also available in this organization if an employee performed well then he or she will get reward.
Salary given in the right time. Sometimes it is may get late but overall salary is given in right time in this organization.
Another good thing about this organization is the Communication exists between top to bottom management. If an office secretary wants to communicate with CEO then he can contact with him. It is a really good thing for an organization.
I think this organization is more investment to gain their ultimate goal. Now the employees working in this organization they very helpful to each other and they love their job.
